Moringa oil is used as salad oil, for dressings, cooking and baking. It gives dishes a characteristical, aromatic and nutty taste. It is a precious natural product, that was already well-known by the ancient egyptians.
Moringa oil has a very beneficial effect on the skin and is suitable for massages. Used as conditioner it makes the hair shiny and silky.

Consistency
This Moringa oil is translucent and of pale till golden yellow colour. At temperatures under 20 °C / 68 °F it becomes milky and flocculent, due to its long-chained fatty acids, that tend to agglomerate. In this case it has to be heated slowly e.g. in a water bath at 35 °C. Blends with other oils do not show this phenomenon which indicates that these moringa oils are not pure.
